This are the Basic Training Requirements for ALL ARES and ACS Personnel:

ARRL EC-001 Level 1 Amateur Radio Emergency Communications
FEMA - IS-100 Introduction to Incident Command System
FEMA - IS 200 ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action
FEMA - NIMS IS-700 National Incident Management System (NIMS) An
Introduction.
FEMA - IS-802 Emergency Support Function 2 Operators (ESF-2)
